The consultants of the Strategic Development Group all have gained seniority in their own areas of expertise and have been working for several years in the consultancy business. The know how to mobilize organizations in the direction of their ambitions and are able to create commitment in full cooperation with the members of the organization. When necessary with content-related impulses but always out of a process-orientated developmental perspective. To this end, they are extensively familiar with the essence of strategy, organizational, human capital, renewal and change management, strategic marketing and financial management. The consultants that work with SDG are entrepreneurial and often have their own enterprises. All feel deeply connected to the development of SDG as a team.
