| Bert van den Broek (1965) is a passionate management consultant with a vision on organizational development with a pragmatic approach. He is a consultant who not only acts but as a project manager also inspires others to achieve excellent results. Bert studied technical business administration at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. After this study he started his career at CMG in Rotterdam. There, he was, among others, involved in large-scale automation projects in the foods - and tempory employment sectors. Hereafter, he got employed at a consultancy, specialized in logistical questions in both production - and distribution sector. In 1995, Bert became independent as an management consultant and partner in a partnership. Since this time, he has carried out different tasks for both multinationals and small-sized companies. These assignments were particularly related to the creation of strategy around automation, questions around organizing, software selection and implementation routes and the related organizational changes. Process improvement and optimization are key terms in this, that not only leads to profit increase, but also to more passionate people. Bert is member of the core group and since 2005 connected with SDG. |
