Lynn Roeten is the experienced office manager who has been member of SDG since January 2007. After the study HEAO-EL and a management support training she has gained experience as an assistant and office manager within several lines of business, in functions such as management assistant, personal assistant and office manager.

After her training she mainly worked for general managers/owners, within both small and large international organizations, from technically oriented trade ventures to financial facilitators, and from construction venture to strategic consultancy. Many of these ventures enclosed a particular challenge in the set up and formation of internal structures and organization, or thematic matters in which she frequently acted as a pivot and sound board within the organization. Within SDG she moreover acts as the contact for the interim management branch.

Also Lynn is highly committed in her hobby of horseback riding. She is not only active in the dressage sport, but is also a certified jury member as well as being active as a trainer. Thereby she follows an education to become a therapist in the behavioral field of horses.
