Arno Ramakers (1955) studied at the Academy for Phsyical Education. After this, he also studied psychology and several management and skill training. His interest for the training profession of management grew during this background with involvement as trainer/coach at top teams in the Dutch hockey sport. After firstly working in the profession of Physical Education for some years Arno started a long-term employment at KLM, as management coach. Hereafter he was committed to the consultancy of Rijnconsult for five years. As a coach/consultant he worked for numerous large internationals but also for medium sized companies and government institutions.

In 1999, Arno started his own venture in the field of providing courses, coaching & consultancy. His activities yield the following emphasis: development and attending tailor-made job trainings in the field of Coaching Leadership, vitalizing leadership, personal organizational knowledge; standing still at time, handling stress, motivational training and communicative skills. Central in this are questions such as: What motivates people? Why do we do things like we do? How can I support people finding their own talents, using these talents, develop and enjoying them? Arno is a coach/consultant with a pleasant focus on the connection between people. He is an associate at SDG.
