Robbert de Leeuw (1970) graduated in the Labor- and Organization Psychology. His Master Thesis aims at the relationship between leadership style and experienced organizational stress. Previous to this, he graduated at the Royal Institute for the Navy. He conducted a study into brave behavior under excessive stress, for which he received the annual award for best thesis. His career then started at the Korps Mariniers where he eventually became responsible for the trainings for spirit building and team building, of combat units which are deployable worldwide. Since 1998 he has been operational as a consultant at several consulting agencies in the profit sector and world of commerce. His initial target areas have been in leadership issues and team development. At several organizations he has gained experiences in the process of accompanying executives during strategic changes. Focus within these processes is the search for effective behavior. Moreover, he has helped with births and first development phases of many teams. Building on his expertise he has dedicated himself in the translation of the organization strategy to operational approach. Under the denominator Internal Branding he has given new prospects for several organizations who are struggling in their attempt to get the strategies at hand operational. Robbert works together with the Strategic Development Group.
