How do we go about
CxOT® is always tailor made
- Except from the condition of the core CxOT® anything else is tailor made
- Together with you and the (prospect) business we examine ambitions, objectives and challenges. If necessary we conduct a quick scan of the situation
- We present a discussion paper with the rough line of approach and some ideas
- According to our discussion we then present a final proposal
- A CxOT® legal place will be choosen and organised as well as the necessary environments for the members of the organisation (if not already there)
- We start working, report to our client and together decide upon issues beyond our responsibility
